Q: How does the payment procedure work?
A: For the online payments we work with a specialized payment provider. Mollie Payments handles the processing of your payment in the most safe and reliable manner. It is therefore possible that the name of Mollie Payments will appear on your credit card or bank statement instead of the TTM shop name.
Q: How can I be sure that the payment is safe?
A: The payments via Mollie Payments (https://www.mollie.com) are entirely secure. Mollie will encrypt all your data when communicating with you or the credit card company. This prevents the data form being intercepted. Also, Mollie does not store your credit card information, which again prevents interception of hacking.
Q: When will I receive my order?
A: Once we receive the payment, your order will be shipped within a maximum of 5 working days. After that, depending on where you live, the postal delivers your order within 1-2 days (Netherlands), 4-12 days (Europe) or 8-20 days (outside Europe).
Q: If I leave an item in my cart and leave the site, is it reserved?
A: Items in your shopping cart are not reserved.
Q: After which period do you cancel (unpaid) orders?
A: If an order is unpaid for a period of more than 5 days, the order shall be cancelled from our system.
Q: What happens if I decide to make a new order just after I started checking out my first order?
A: If we notice that someone has made two orders within a short amount of time, and that this user only finished checking out on the last order, the first placed order shall be cancelled automatically.
Q: What happens if I decide to cancel my order once it has been paid?
A: If a payment is cancelled, only with a good reason and only before the order has been shipped, then 1 euro plus administration fee (for certain payment methods) is charged to the customer.
Q: Why can I only buy a maximum of 3 copies of a record?
A: Due to a limited stock, we are not able to supply each customer with more than 3 copies of every record. This way everybody has the opportunity to make their purchase.
Q: I'm not sure about the t-shirt size?
A: If you have doubt about T-shirt sizes, please email us upfront and we will do our best to help you. If for some reason the shirt doesn'n fit once the product has been received, we offer the option to return the shirt in exchange for a another size (if on stock). Additional costs such as shipping are to be paid by the customer.
Q: My package is damaged! What to do?
A: Your package probably has been damaged during transport, as we never sent out damaged products or packages. The best thing you can do is refuse the package on delivery. This way you have a good position to prove you didn't create the damage yourself, and thus the transporter is responsible for the damage. Our shipping partners are insured for damaged occured during transport. As written in our conditions of use, we cannot be held responsible for damages occured during transport.
