Orders will be shipped worldwide. If your country is not yet listed, please feel free to contact us prior ordering.
We will have your package ready for dispatch within 3/5 business days with PostNL and/or MyParcel. Please do note that both may use local partners as carriers in other markets outside The Netherlands. When your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a link to track your package. Please note, that it can take some days before the tracking information is updated.
If you live outside of Europe, please be aware that import duties, fees and local VAT could possibly be charged by your local customs. These charges have to be paid by the recipient of the parcel. As customs policies and import duties differ per country, we cannot tell you what the charges could be, nor do we have control over these charges.
Uncollected or returned orders because the provided address was incorrect / incomplete will be either refunded less the cost of the postage or, if the opportunity allows, we will contact you by email to offer the option of sending the order again provided we receive the full shipping cost again.

Pre-Order products are items that are not yet in stock, but available for advanced purchase on our site. Products are shipped directly to you once available and you will be notified via email with tracking information.
If you are based within the EU: In accordance with the law, you have a 14 days ‘cooling off period’ on physical goods in which you have the right to cancel your purchase and receive a full refund minus payment fees.
Before returning the product to us, first send an email to email@example.com. After contacting us you can return your product within 14-days of purchase and receive a full refund or exchange. Make sure the items are unsealed, undamaged, and unworn, with all labels and product swing tags attached for you to be able to return them. A garment which has been fitted is obviously not being considered as a worn garment. The cooling off period does not apply for software, vinyl, CDs or DVDs or products that have been purchased with a discount or in sale.
When returning a product, always use the return form below and include the receipt you received with your delivery. You do not need to give a reason for cancelling your purchase but if you like to share, please also inform us the reason for the return so that we can continue to improve our products and our service. If the returned product has been received in good condition and the return instructions have been followed accurately, then your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within fourteen (14) days after receiving it. The delivery charges will be refunded in case you need to return a order because of an error on our behalf and if your entire order was faulty or incorrect. Otherwise you will be responsible for these charges and the cost of the initial delivery.
You may occasionally receive discount codes from us, via email or through promotional materials.
When an order is placed using a promotional code and contains a number of items, the value of the discount is spread over each item according to the pro-rated value of that item. Any refund of an item purchased in such an order will be reduced by the value of discount attached to it. The ‘discount’ will not be refunded.
Under no circumstances can the value of a discount code be deducted from an order if that code is defective or out of date: no replacement codes will be issued.
If you return one or more items of an order for which you have used a bulk, minimum spend or free shipping discount code, the applicable discount will be voided, and the discounted amount will be deducted from the amount of the refund.
