RETURN POLICY
If you are based within the EU: In accordance with the law, you have a 14 days ‘cooling off period’ on physical goods in which you have the right to cancel your purchase and receive a full refund minus payment fees.

Before returning the product to us, first send an email to shop@thirdmovement.nl. After contacting us you can return your product within 14-days of purchase and receive a full refund or exchange. Make sure the items are unsealed, undamaged, and unworn, with all labels and product swing tags attached for you to be able to return them. A garment which has been fitted is obviously not being considered as a worn garment. The cooling off period does not apply for software, vinyl, CDs or DVDs or products that have been purchased with a discount or in sale.

When returning a product, always use the return form below and include the receipt you received with your delivery.  You do not need to give a reason for cancelling your purchase but if you like to share, please also inform us the reason for the return so that we can continue to improve our products and our service. If the returned product has been received in good condition and the return instructions have been followed accurately, then your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within fourteen (14) days after receiving it. The delivery charges will be refunded in case you need to return a order because of an error on our behalf and if your entire order was faulty or incorrect. Otherwise you will be responsible for these charges and the cost of the initial delivery.
